Telefon: +49 176 31198673
Email: clg.jaegle@gmail.com

2. General information

The protection of your personal data is important to me. I process personal data confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the German Telecommunications-Digital-Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data may be processed when you visit my website, for which purposes this processing takes place and what rights you have.

3. Visiting my website

When you access my website, certain information is automatically transmitted by your browser to the server used to provide the website.

This may include:

IP address of the accessing device

date and time of access

pages or files accessed

referrer URL

browser and operating system information

technical information required for the secure and reliable operation of the website

This processing serves in particular to provide, maintain and secure the website and to detect and prevent technical attacks.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of my website.

The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for these purposes, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Hosting and technical provision

My website is provided and hosted using an external technical service provider. In the course of hosting, personal data may be processed, in particular technical access data and server log data.

The relevant service provider processes such data only insofar as necessary to provide the website and, where legally required, on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Recipients of personal data may therefore include my hosting or website provider and other technical service providers required for the operation of the website.

5. Contact form

My website provides a contact form through which you can contact me.

The following information may be processed:

first and last name

email address

telephone number

content of your message

date and time of submission

The data is processed in order to respond to your enquiry, contact you and, where necessary, prepare a possible appointment or professional relationship.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or preparing a contract. In other cases, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, with my legitimate interest being to respond to and handle your enquiry.

Please do not send detailed health information or other particularly sensitive personal data through the contact form. The contact form is primarily intended for general enquiries and appointment requests.

If you nevertheless voluntarily provide sensitive information, it will be treated confidentially and processed only to the extent necessary and legally permissible for handling your enquiry or for a subsequent therapeutic relationship.

6. Contact by email or telephone

If you contact me by email or telephone, I process the personal data you provide to the extent necessary to handle your enquiry.

When you contact me by email, this may include your email address, name and the content of your message.

Please note that ordinary email communication should not be considered equivalent to end-to-end encrypted communication. For particularly sensitive information, you should therefore use a more secure means of communication whenever possible.

7. Health data and therapeutic services

In the context of therapeutic or healthcare-related services, health data and therefore special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR may be processed.

Such data is not processed merely because you visit my website. Processing takes place when you provide such information to me, for example as part of an enquiry or therapeutic relationship.

Health data is processed only where an appropriate legal basis exists, in particular where processing is necessary for the provision or preparation of healthcare services or where you have given explicit consent.

Health information is treated confidentially and is subject to the confidentiality obligations applicable to my professional activities.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

My website may use technically necessary cookies or similar technologies required for the operation and secure presentation of the website.

Where cookies or similar technologies are strictly necessary for the service requested by the user, they may be used without consent where the applicable legal requirements are met.

Where cookies or similar technologies are used for purposes such as analysing user behaviour, personalised advertising or other non-essential purposes, they will only be used on the basis of prior consent where such consent is required under Art. 6 GDPR and § 25 TDDDG.

I do not operate my own analytics or advertising services on this website.

The technical website provider may nevertheless use technologies that are necessary for the operation of the website, including technically necessary cookies or similar storage mechanisms.

9. No analytics or advertising services

To the best of my current knowledge, I do not use my own services for analysing user behaviour and do not use advertising or tracking plugins on my website.

I do not carry out profiling for advertising purposes.

10. Link to Instagram

My website contains a link to my Instagram profile.

This is an external link. Simply visiting my website does not transmit personal data to Instagram through this link.

Only when you click the link and access Instagram or the relevant platform will the privacy policy of that provider apply.

I have no control over Instagram's data processing.

11. Recipients of personal data

Personal data is generally disclosed only where this is necessary for the relevant purpose or where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Possible recipients may include:

hosting and website service providers

technical providers responsible for transmitting contact-form submissions

IT and communication service providers

tax advisers or other professionals subject to professional confidentiality obligations, where applicable

public authorities or other bodies where disclosure is legally required

Personal data is not disclosed for advertising purposes.

12. Transfers to countries outside the European Union

I do not actively transfer personal data to countries outside the European Union or European Economic Area.

If technical service providers used by me process personal data in third countries, or if access from a third country is possible, such processing will only take place in accordance with the requirements of Arts. 44 et seq. GDPR.

13. Retention period

I retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose.

Statutory retention and documentation obligations may require data to be retained for longer. In such cases, the data will be stored for the legally prescribed period and subsequently deleted.

Data relating to a simple enquiry will be deleted once the enquiry has been conclusively handled and there is no further legal or legitimate reason for retaining it.

If an enquiry results in a therapeutic relationship or contractual relationship, the data required for that relationship may be processed as part of the relevant professional or business records and retained in accordance with the applicable statutory retention requirements.

14. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have the following rights:

right of access under Art. 15 GDPR

right to rectification under Art. 16 GDPR

right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR

right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR

right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR

right to object under Art. 21 GDPR

right to withdraw consent under Art. 7(3) GDPR

Where you have given consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

To exercise your rights, you may contact me at any time using the contact details provided above.

15. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR or other applicable data protection law.
