Leibarbeit ~ Initiatic Therapy
Presence as a Living Embodiment Process
Leibarbeit is rooted in Initiatic Therapy, developed by Karlfried Graf Dürckheim and Maria Hippius.
At its heart lies the Leib ~ not the body we have, but the "body we are": the living human being in their physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual reality.
Leibarbeit invites us into a more immediate experience of ourselves.
It creates a space where sensations, emotions, inner images, memories, or moments of insight can naturally emerge - not because they are sought after, but because they are given the freedom to appear.
Each session begins with a conversation and usually continues on a mat on the floor. Through non-verbal contact, touch, presence, and attentive perception, we create a shared experiential space where something new can gradually unfold.
One of the qualities I value most in Leibarbeit is its openness for a very intuitiv and free work.
There is no predefined goal and no prescribed path. Every encounter follows its own rhythm, and every process is unique.
Leibarbeit can accompany people through physical symptoms, life transitions, personal crises, developmental processes, or simply a desire to cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves.
Process-Oriented Homeopathy
Becoming Who You Are Meant To Be
Homeopathy has accompanied me since the beginning of my training and continues to inspire me through its depth and its remarkable way of recognising the uniqueness of every individual.
Rather than focusing on isolated physical symptoms, process-oriented homeopathy is interested in the unique way each person experiences life.
How do you meet life's challenges?
Which themes keep returning?
Which qualities, perhaps still waiting in the background, are ready to unfold?
What possibilities for growth and new orientation already exist within you?
The consultation becomes a shared exploration. Together, we look at your story, your physical, mental and spiritual symptoms, your resources, and the context of your life in order to find the remedy that resonates most closely with your individual process.
From a process-oriented perspective, symptoms are not seen solely as something to eliminate. They can also be understood as expressions of an inner movement that asks to be listened to, understood, and integrated.
In this way, homeopathy can accompany people through many different stages and situations in life -
physically, emotionally, relationally, and existentially.
Integrative Body Therapy
Moving forward Into Relationship With Your Body
For me, touch is far more than a technique. It is a form of dialogue. A way of meeting one another that can reach places where words cannot. Our bodies often carry experiences, tensions, and patterns long before we become consciously aware of them.
Integrative Body Therapy offers an opportunity to meet this embodied wisdom with curiosity and attention. It brings together a range of massage and reflexology techniques with an intuitive and individual approach, always adapted to the person in front of me and to what is present in the moment.
One question gently guides the session: What is your body expressing at the moment?
Areas of tension, pain, restriction, or holding are not viewed in isolation, but as part of a larger whole.
Through attentive touch and carefully adapted impulses, the body is invited to rediscover greater ease, mobility, openness, and awareness. The experience Integrative Body Therapy is often seen as an opportunity to reconnect with oneself and to deepen the relationship one has with one’s own body.
